▲ ‘창원온다콜’ 창원 대표 브랜드콜택시 역할 톡톡
[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] ‘창원온다콜’ 빠른 배차와 전화콜 서비스를 기반으로 지역 대표 브랜드콜택시 역할을 톡톡히 이어가고 있다.
창원온다콜은 지난 2022년 5개 브랜드콜을 통합한 창원시 대표 택시호출서비스로 창원시와 통합창원콜추진위원회, ㈜티머니 3자 협약에 의해 운영 중이다.
창원온다콜이 지역 내 대표브랜드로 자리잡을 수 있었던 비결은 가입차량이 업계 최다 수준인 3800여 대로 신속한 배차가 가능하며 전화콜 병행 운영으로 앱 사용이 어려운 디지털취약층이나 앱 호출이 원활하지 않은 지역민들 또한 편리하,게 이용이 가능하다는 데 있다.
특히 창원온다콜 모바일앱인 ‘티머니GO’는 타 플랫폼 못지않은 편의성을 갖췄으며 신규가입자 쿠폰 지급 및 매번 이용 시 일정금액 적립 등의 부가서비스가 제공되어 앱 가입자 수가 2024년 3월 현재 9만명 이상 유지되는 등 호응도가 꽤 높은 편이다.
또한 창원온다콜은 가맹수수료가 없어 택시업계 비용 절감 및 지역 기반 운송서비스 강화에도 기여하고 있다.
이종근 교통건설국장은 “창원온다콜이 택시운송사업에 있어 수요자와 공급자 만족도 제고에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다”며 “창원시 대표 브랜드콜택시 창원온다콜이 보다 활성화되도록 많은 관심과 이용을 바란다”고 밝혔다.
한편 창원시 택시 등록대수는 현재 4,891대이며 창원온다콜 일 평균 이용 건수는 7,420건에 달한다.
